Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TubeDeck, operated by Skye Helfant Creative (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using TubeDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

TubeDeck is a YouTube competitor monitoring dashboard that lets creators view multiple YouTube channels side by side, compare video performance, and generate AI-powered content insights. We retrieve publicly available data through the YouTube Data API v3 and provide analysis powered by Anthropic’s Claude.

Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at skye.helfant@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Billing

TubeDeck offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro plan at $149 / year (billed annually) or $29 / month (billed monthly). All prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7-Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with TubeDeck for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked. To request a refund, email skye.helfant@gmail.com with your account email and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time outside of the 7-day refund window.

YouTube API Compliance

TubeDeck accesses YouTube data through the YouTube Data API v3 in accordance with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. By using TubeDeck, you also agree to be bound by these policies. All YouTube content displayed within TubeDeck remains the property of the respective content creators and is subject to YouTube’s terms.

AI Analysis Disclaimer

AI-generated insights provided by TubeDeck are for informational purposes only. They are produced by Anthropic’s Claude and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete analysis. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on these insights.

Intellectual Property

TubeDeck, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Skye Helfant Creative. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. YouTube channel data and video content displayed within TubeDeck belong to their respective creators and are provided under the terms of the YouTube Data API.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TubeDeck is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skye Helfant Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TubeDeck. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms TubeDeck or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at skye.helfant@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TubeDeck shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email or through the TubeDeck dashboard. Continued use of TubeDeck after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
